What You Need #
- A ChatGPT paid account (Plus or Pro) — MCP connections are not available on the Free plan
- A Garmin device + Garmin Connect account (age 16+)
Setup Steps #

🔌 Add the App
Search for "Fitness AI Connector" in ChatGPT settings or the App Directory and add it

🔑 Authenticate Your Garmin Account
Sign in to Garmin Connect on the authentication screen and authorize data access

🔄 Sync with Garmin Connect
Sync your Garmin device with the Garmin Connect app to upload your latest data

💬 Ask Your First Question
Try asking: "Show me today's health summary" or "How has my sleep been lately?"
