This disclosure is provided in accordance with Japan’s Specified Commercial Transaction Act (特定商取引法).

| Payment Timing | The first charge is made when you subscribe (upon completion of payment). Thereafter you are charged monthly on the billing date based on your subscription date, and the subscription renews automatically every month for an indefinite period unless cancelled |
| Service Delivery | Service becomes available immediately after payment is completed |
| Cancellation | You may cancel at any time. If you complete the cancellation before your next billing date, no further charges will be made. After cancellation, you can continue to use the service until the end of the period you have already paid for (no prorated refunds) |
| Refunds | Due to the nature of the service, refunds are generally not provided. However, we will provide a refund in the following cases: duplicate charges, charges made due to our error, failure to provide the service, and any other case where a refund is required by law |
| System Requirements | The service is accessed via MCP-compatible AI assistants (Claude, ChatGPT, etc.) and a Garmin Connect account |
Requesting Seller Information #
The seller’s name, address, and phone number will be disclosed without delay (normally within 7 days, in time for you to make your purchase decision) upon request as follows:
- How to request: Send an email to contact@fmp.it.com with the subject line “Seller Information Disclosure Request”.
- What is disclosed: The seller’s name, address, and phone number.
Note: This disclosure applies only to paid services. Services and apps offered free of charge are not covered by this disclosure.
