This disclosure is provided in accordance with Japan’s Specified Commercial Transaction Act (特定商取引法).

Applicable consumption tax, VAT, or similar taxes for your country or region are added; the total including tax is shown on the checkout page. Prices may be displayed and charged in your local currency, and the actual amount charged in Japanese yen may vary depending on exchange rates and your card issuer’s conversion |

| Cancellation | You may cancel at any time (from your FMP account page, or, if you pay through Link, from your Link account page at link.com). If you complete the cancellation before your next billing date, no further charges will be made. After cancellation, you can continue to use the service until the end of the period you have already paid for (no prorated refunds) |
| Refunds | Due to the nature of the service, refunds are generally not provided. However, we will provide a refund in the following cases: duplicate charges, charges made due to our error, failure to provide the service, and any other case where a refund is required by law. If you pay through Link, you may also request a refund from Link Support (support.link.com); Link’s refund policy also applies and prevails where it is more favorable to you |

Requesting Seller Information #
The seller’s name, address, and phone number will be disclosed without delay (normally within 7 days, in time for you to make your purchase decision) upon request as follows:
- How to request: Send an email to contact@fmp.it.com with the subject line “Seller Information Disclosure Request”.
- What is disclosed: The seller’s name, address, and phone number.
Note: This disclosure applies only to paid services. Services and apps offered free of charge are not covered by this disclosure.
