Upgrade to Basic #
Move from the Free plan (2 days) to the Basic plan ($3/mo — 90 days of data, detailed analysis, and trends).
Sign in with the same account you use for your AI assistant
Enter your credit card information and you're done. Basic is active immediately
Cancel Your Plan #
You can cancel the Basic plan at any time. After cancellation, you’ll revert to the Free plan.
Tell your AI assistant "I want to cancel"
Click the Customer Portal link provided
Cancel your subscription. Billing stops from the next cycle
Delete Your Account #
Full deletion consists of two operations with different roles. We recommend doing them in the order ② → ① (first stop data from being sent from Garmin Connect, then delete your account).
What this does: Your stored Garmin health data is deleted within 30 days and your account is deactivated. To prevent misuse and to comply with legal obligations, account identifiers (including your email address) are retained after deletion. This action cannot be undone.
① Delete your user account (Fitness AI Connector) #
This deactivates your Fitness AI Connector account. Service access stops and your stored Garmin health data is deleted within 30 days. This does not disconnect the integration on the Garmin Connect side.
Tell your AI assistant "I want to delete my account"
Click the account deletion page link provided
Confirm and delete your account. Health data is deleted within 30 days

② Disconnect from Garmin Connect (Garmin) #
This stops Garmin Connect from sending data to Fitness AI Connector. You do this yourself in the Garmin Connect app. After disconnecting, no new health data is sent (deletion of already-sent data is handled in step ①).
Launch the Garmin Connect app on your smartphone
Go to the "More" tab → "Settings" → "Connected Apps" → select "Fitness AI Connector" → tap "Disconnect"
