What You Need#
- A Claude.ai account (Free, Pro, or Max)
- A Garmin device + Garmin Connect account (age 16+)
Setup Steps#

🔌 Add the Connector
Open claude.ai/settings/connectors, search for "Fitness AI Connector" and add it

🔑 Authenticate Your Garmin Account
Sign in to Garmin Connect on the authentication screen and authorize data access

🔄 Sync with Garmin Connect
Sync your Garmin device with the Garmin Connect app to upload your latest data

💬 Ask Your First Question
Try asking Claude: "Show me today's health summary" or "How has my sleep been lately?"
