Setup Steps#

🔍 Find the GPT
Search for "Fitness AI Connector" in the GPT Store and open it

🔑 Authenticate Your Garmin Account
On your first question, a Garmin Connect authentication screen will appear — sign in and authorize data access

🔄 Sync with Garmin Connect
Sync your Garmin device with the Garmin Connect app to upload your latest data

💬 Ask Your First Question
Try asking: "Show me today's health summary" or "How has my sleep been lately?"
