Upgrade to Basic#
Move from the Free plan (2 days) to the Basic plan ($3/mo — 90 days of data, detailed analysis, and trends).
Tell your AI assistant "I want to upgrade"
Click the Customer Portal link provided
Enter your credit card information and you're done. Basic is active immediately
Cancel Your Plan#
You can cancel the Basic plan at any time. After cancellation, you’ll revert to the Free plan.

Click the Customer Portal link provided
Cancel your subscription. Billing stops from the next cycle
Delete Your Account#
Permanently delete all of your data. This action cannot be undone.
Data that will be deleted: Garmin health data, Garmin connection, Stripe payment information, authentication account
Tell your AI assistant "I want to delete my account"
Click the account deletion page link provided
Confirm and delete your account. Fully removed within 30 days
